Meals #20250504

I planned a few meals at a time as I went last week, after missing my usual Sunday shopping day. Here’s last week’s meals in review:

Sunday dinner was delayed and ended up being Chinese takeout. We tried Tea House and really enjoyed it!

Monday was not my turn to cook for Friends Dinner, and our hosts Jesse & Courtney treated us to enchiladas.

Tuesday Darian had a track meet, and after that, we just heated up various leftovers (Chinese takeout, pasta, soups) with some fresh fruit on the side.

Wednesday I made calzones with all the usual cheese, meatball and pepperoni. Marinara and salad on the side. Excellent meal at the time, and excellent leftovers for a later lunch.

Thursday I marinated some skirt steak in Mojo, grilled it, cubed it up, and made burritos. Again, great to have extras for leftovers!

Friday Grilled chicken alfredo, garlic breadsticks, roasted cauliflower and asparagus

Saturday Baked then broiled chicken thighs with sweet chili sauce, cheater lo mein with all the veggies I had left (start with Indomie Mi Goreng, stir fry some shredded carrots, onion, Chinese broccoli, and green beans then toss together with all their sauces and some extra chili oil).
